Creamy Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 packets of NE Stevia
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk (or vegetable milk of your choice)
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Rinse and chop fresh fruit. Set aside.
  2. Boil water and add oats. Cook for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add all dry ingredients: hemp seeds, chia seeds, NE Stevia, cinnamon (optional) in a saucepan, mix well.
  4. Then, gradually add the almond milk until you have the consistency you like.
  5. Mix well. Top with your favorite topping such as fresh fruit, nuts or almond butter.
